Corporate Philosophy

Team MJV believes if motivation is driven by the existence of unsatisfied needs, then it is worthwhile for our Coaches to understand which needs are the most important to our Team Members. We refer to the above pyramid regularly to analyze where our Team Members are and strive to move them up the pyramid. We believe if we can meet and exceed our Team Member's needs and expectations, those needs and expectations will filter through to our customers and move them up on the pyramid as well.

Uniform Policy

Each New Hire will be given the choice of 2 black T-shirts or a Vest or Smock. If they would like more shirts they may purchase the black T-shirts for $12.00 per shirt plus shipping charge. Shirts must be paid for prior to distribution. All new hires are also required to wear tan/khaki pants.

Please explain to all Team Members shirts must be worn tucked in. If pants have belt loops – a belt is required as well at the appropriate shoes for the account. For folks working the day shift in any account as well as Team Leads, Floor Techs, Site and Area Coaches and Regional Coordinators, and Business Consultants will all be issued name tags to be worn as well. Stocking caps may only be worn while working outside – no stocking caps allowed to be worn inside accounts while working.

General Cleaner Black T-shirt tucked in or Vest or Smock, tan/Khaki pants/belt
Team Lead Black T-shirt tucked in or Vest or Smock, tan/Khaki pants/belt with Name Tag
Floor Tech Black T-shirt tucked in, tan/Khaki pants/belt with Name Tag
Site Coach Black T-shirt tucked in or Vest or Smock, tan/Khaki pants/belt with Name Tag
Area Coach White button down logoed dress shirt/sweater with Black Pant/belt with Name Tag
Day Matron/Porter –anyone working day shift while customer is present White or Black shirt with sleeves (may be long or short) with Vest/Smock and Tan/Khaki pants/belt with Name Tag
Regional Coordinators/Business Consultants/Office Personel White button down logoed dress shirt/sweater with Black Pant/belt with Name Tag

We will continue to have ball hats available for purchase. However, you need to check with your account contact to ensure they are ok with our folks wearing a hat in their account.

There are several places to find tan/khaki pants. Wal-Mart and Meijer carry the Dickie's Brand work pants for approximately $20.00 both in stores and online. Goodwill Stores have pants starting at $3.00/pair.
