Personal:Married, living with wife in Fishers, Indiana. They have two children, a daughter in New York City and a son in Raleigh, NC

Rod is the Regional Operations Coach for the Southern Region of Indiana. He formerly spent more than twenty years with the Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Uniform division of Aramark Services as General Manager, during which time he grew a territory to be in the top ten out of 300 locations year after year. He comments that his success was based on: retention of his Clients and his teams and being consistent – “My Sales and Profit achievement is derived from leadership, customer service and retention with practical resolution of operating problems that ensure quality and sound logistical support. I achieved consistent price improvements based on productivity and smart purchasing with prudent risk taking and a commitment to excellence.” Coach Rod’s knowledge with start up and turn around experience will be a desired asset as we develop our business and teams in Southern Indiana.
