Coach Deana began her journey with Team MJV in January of 2024. Deana worked primarily in healthcare and obtained 2 Associate’s Degrees from MedTech College, Greenwood, IN. After graduation, she excelled in multiple roles of management, including Externship Coordinator and Program Director of the Medical Billing and Coding Program. She has worked in the commercial cleaning industry for a number of years and has served in roles that include: General Cleaner, Lead Attendant, Supervisor and Area Manager. Deana loves people, enjoys cleaning; and believes that with those interests and her experience, desire for team success and leadership ability, that it’s attainable and likely to excel as a Coach at Team MJV.
