Coach Rachel, a resident of Lafayette, Indiana, attended Ball State University where she obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree. She joined Team MJV as an Area Coach for the Lafayette Area in September 2020. Rachel has since then transitioned to the Lafayette Regional Coordinator after quickly developing a passion for commercial janitorial services and her customer partners. Prior to joining Team MJV, Rachel was a Director at a private health club, as well as a group fitness instructor and team lead of the kids camp within that health club. She has many years of customer service experience and enjoys meeting new people, hearing new stories, and is a strong advocate for communication. In her free time, Rachel is a group fitness instructor at a local gym where she teaches classes for all age groups. She also loves spending time with her family, significant other, and her animals at home watching Netflix!
