Regional Coordinator
Holly Roberts is Lafayette & Central Indiana's Regional Coordinator who began her journey with the Team MJV as the Site Coach at Frito Lay. Through hard work, reliability, and a strong commitment to her teams, Coach Holly has consistently proven herself and successfully advanced within the company.
Holly is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University, where she is pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, strengthening her knowledge in leadership, operations, and organizational management. She enjoys teaching others new skills and takes pride in helping team members grow and succeed.
One of the reasons Coach Holly enjoys working for MJV is the opportunity to meet new people and make a meaningful difference every day. Her favorite quote, “Life is what you make it,” reflects her positive outlook and growth-focused mindset.
Outside of work, Holly has been married for nine years and finds her greatest joy in her husband, three daughters, and two grandsons. She enjoys cooking, baking, sewing, and creating more from-scratch items for her family. Holly also has a passion for collecting and propagating houseplants, which she enjoys sharing with others — a reflection of her generous and nurturing nature.
