Rachel Humphrey is the current Regional Coordinator for the Lafayette and Central Indiana Region. 

Before her time with Team MJV, Rachel attended Ball State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. With that degree she started her career at a private health club where she became a Certified Silver Sneakers instructor and then accepted a position as the Director. Rachel grew her communication and leadership skills and with time she was able to apply them when accepting a position with Team MJV in 2020 as an Area Coach. She quickly climbed the management ladder and was promoted to Regional Coordinator in 2021. Currently Rachel continues building her leadership skills and advocate for mental health in the workplace. She still holds many certifications in the health industry that she is able to apply on her day to day operations. 

 

She continues to look forward to adding individuals to her team and building a positive environment for those around her.  She enjoys listening to music and spending time with her fiancé and zoo at home in her free time.
