Coach Dawn started as a general cleaner for Team MJV in 2011 and has worked her way up with her dedication, passion for cleanliness, and ability to connect with both her team and customers. With this role, she has 28+ years of leadership experience and has attended the Diversey Floor Training program. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management. As Regional Coordinator for Team MJV, Dawn is personally responsible for all janitorial service accounts in the SW Michigan area.
