Tim Knox
Director of Operations
A Lexington Kentucky native, Tim moved to Peru, Indiana in 1995 and married his wife, Melissa, shortly after. They have a 19 year old daughter that went off to college this year, freeing up Coach Tim’s time to focus on the needs and wants of our customers. Tim has had many hats at Team MJV, being a team member since 2011. Tim’s newest role is Director of Operations where he oversees three regions; Northeastern IN, Northwestern IN, and Michigan. Tim came to MJV in 2011 with over 20 years of janitorial experience which he has grown upon with industry training, certifications and hands-on learning. Coach Tim has personally overseen Huntington University and other higher education facilities, as well as manufacturing, and medical. Coach Tim also currently holds the Diversey Floor Care Certification which was acquired through a multi-day certification process and written exam. During his time off, Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, playing chess, and most of all, spending time with family & friends.
